1. Reservations & Payment
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
We do not accept cash and does not offer cash refunds.
Full payment for a non-refundable rate is taken at the time of booking and is not refundable under any circumstances.
For standard rates, full payment will be taken 72 hours before check-in.
We will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate any request from the Guest to change the Booking Details, but any request to change the dates or length of stay or add products and/or services will be subject to availability and may incur a fee. The fee amount will be communicated to the Guest at the time of the request. Any difference in rates between the original and new reservation dates will also be applied.
Multiple changes to reservation may incur additional fees and are subject to approval. We reserve the right to limit the number of changes permitted per reservation.
We will not accept reservations for stays exceeding 14 consecutive days per calendar quarter. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that violates this policy, either before or during the stay, without notice or liability.
If a guest wishes to make additional bookings after reaching the 14-day limit within a quarter, they must wait until the following quarter to book again.
Guests are permitted to extend their reservation up to three (3) times; however, the total stay must not exceed the 14-day limit in any quarter.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be requested for an additional fee, depending on availability.
3. Cancellation & Modifications
Non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
For standard rates, cancellations or modifications must be made 72 hours before check-in to avoid a charge.
No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.
A grace period of 24 hours is allowed for cancellations or modifications without penalty, after which the full booking cost will apply.
4. Occupancy
Guests are expected to respect the maximum occupancy of the rooms as specified in their description.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.
5. Smoking Policy
All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. A cleaning fee may be applied if smoking occurs inside the room or other restricted areas.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. A cleaning fee will apply for any damages or additional cleaning required.
7. Damages & Liability
A damage deposit of $150 is required at check-in, which will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
The damage deposit hold will be placed at the time of check-in and released, subject to the following conditions:
No damages to property or furnishings.
No excessive cleaning is required.
All rules were adhered to during the stay.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages to the room or hotel property.
The hotel is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the stay.
8. Personal Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the comfort of others. Noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction from the hotel without refund.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be provided upon request.
By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking-related purposes.
10. Special Requests
Special requests (e.g., early check-in, specific room preferences) are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Extra beds and baby cots are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
11. Hotel Policies
We do not accept bookings made by those under the age of 18. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic cancellation.
The hotel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
By booking and staying at the hotel, guests agree to abide by these terms.
12. Additional Services
Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
Continental breakfast will be available May 1st, 2025
13. Parking
On-Site Parking is available for $40 per night plus tax, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
